Summer Camp in Manali
Day-1: Arrival check in camp. After having breakfast:- Introduction of Mountaineering Equipments, lec. on Camp hygiene, Acclimatization walk. 1pm to 2pm lunch. rest… 3 to 5 pm Rappelling. 5:30pm tea snacks, Mountain walking manner. 8:30pm Dinner, Bon fire Music.
Day-2: Wakeup tea 6am 6:30 to 7:30 morning walk and exercise. 8am fresh up, Breakfast, 9am River crossing,1pm to 2pm lunch. knots practice, lac. on Himalayan range, flora and fauna. Games 5:30pm tea/snacks Burma bridge, flying fox. 8:30pm Dinner, Bon fire Music.
Day-3: 6 am bed tea, 6:30am to 7:30am Morning exercise. 8am fresh up, Breakfast, After Breakfast Navigation, treasure hunt, how to pitch up tents. 1pm to 2pm lunch, lac. on Mountain hazards, discuss about local culture. Games 5:30pm tea/snacks tug of war 8:30pm dinner, Bon fire, Music.
Day-4: 6am wake up tea, 6:30am to 7:30am Morning exercise. 8am fresh up breakfast. After Breakfast today we are going for local sight seeing or trek through jungle, shopping on demand, lunch dinner as per program .
Day-5: Morning tea and after breakfast departure to onwards destination.
Includes: All meal (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) Veg./non veg. Accommodation in tents with sleeping bags, mattresses/quilt, pillow, Instructor, first aid, electricity in camp site, toilet facility, hot and cold water.
What to Bring: Personal medicines, torch, sunglass, sunscreen, sports shoes, small back bag, rain sheet or raincoat, personal gear.
